Delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) via UPS or DPD Tracked service.

Any orders over £100 are FREE for UK postcodes; all orders under this value will be £4.95.

STANDARD DELIVERY for Large Items: £15

Delivered within 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) via UPS or DPD Tracked service

Please note for large orders, delivery cost will be weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take additional payment if required. If you are placing a large order, please email us with all the items you would like to purchase with your delivery address and we will send you a shipping quote.

 

This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own courier. This information will appear on the “Delivery” tab on the product page if applicable.

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please do not sign to accept the parcel and contact our Customer Service team.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

You will be able to track the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in your order Sage Pay acknowledgment email. A signature will be required upon delivery.
